How fast do you ship orders?
Orders placed before 2:30 PM Eastern generally ship the same day for in-stock orders using either USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping services (Priority Mail orders are picked and drop same business day). The cutoff time is Mon -Fri at 2:30 pm Eastern time due to heavier work load from orders placed online. We are open Monday thru Friday from 10:30 AM until 4:00 PM Eastern time and local pick up is available from 10:30 AM to 3:45 pm. We are closed on Holydays. Occasionally there may be situations when we will not be able to meet the daily deadline. If this situation occurs, we will post a notification on our home page or send you an email. Our order cutoff time does not include orders placed on the weekends or special order items that must be shipped directly from the manufacturer (drop shipped).
If you have a deadline project, we suggest you choose the FedEx option. This is safest way to receive your order on time. We will either ship with FedEx or UPS.
Priority Mail and First Class Mail: If there is an internal Postal Office delay due to an issue, order miss-place, wrong state re-routes packages and delays due to weather issues, unfortunately this is something we can’t control. Be aware, Postal office doesn’t scan packages at all the time at Opa Locka Station due to a miss-scan from the main scanner. Let us know If there is an issue, we will continue to monitor the order until final destination but most important, let us know the issue with full details so we can resolve it for you. We appreciate all your patience as well as your support. We love our partnership with you.

We do have a Store Front and we offer local pick up for your convenience. You can either place the order online and add notes that you are coming for pick up. This way we will have your order ready when you come. You can also just come and purchase what you need. If there is a shipping fee we will reverse that amount back to your account.
How much does shipping cost?
We are using a flat shipping cost. We like to add the shipping cost depends on the total weight or size of the shipping boxes and the destination distance from our warehouse in Weston, Florida. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping options once a ship-to zip code is provided. But, at this time we are using a flat shipping fees in order to provide a better price.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard shipping methods are FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class. All ground services offer delivery in 1 to 4 days from Weston, Florida according to the maps shown below. Most customers will receive their orders in 1-3 business days.
GSM FLORIDA GROUP, CORP. usually ships the same day or within 24 hours of order receipt and most in-stock item orders ship the same-day if the order is placed before our order cutoff time for the day. Items that are drop shipped are normally shipped out within 1-2 days. Shipments are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only, but we include some Saturdays for customer satisfaction. If we are out of stock on an ordered item, or determine that it will take 2 days or longer to leave our warehouse, we will notify the customer by phone or email. The transit times shown below are in effect after the order ships from our warehouse.
Note: The shipping time maps do not apply to drop shipped items as these items are shipped directly to our customers from the manufacturer.
• For USPS, FedEx Ground and FedEx Express shipments to commercial addresses, a business day does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
• For FedEx Home Delivery, a business day does not include Sunday, Monday or holidays. FedEx Home Delivery does deliver on Saturday for no additional charge.
• For FedEx or USPS express services a business day does not include Saturday or Sunday unless the FedEx Saturday Delivery option is selected for an additional fee. If you have any questions on when a package will arrive using Express shipping please contact us.
• For example: We ship a package to a customer on Monday that normally takes 2 business days for delivery, the customer can expect to receive the package on Wednesday. The day the package is pickup up from our warehouse does not count as the first shipping day.
Expedited Shipping from FedEx
If you need an in-stock item fast, we offer expedited shipping options from FedEx. Expedited orders must be placed by 3:00 PM ET (that's 2:00 PM Central and 12:00 PM Pacific) in order to be shipped the same-day. Customer will pay the difference for the shipping cost. Please note that items that require drop shipping from the manufacturer may not ship out the same day.

Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 5 p.m. in remote areas.
FedEx Standard Overnight
Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
FedEx Express Saver
Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business days. Since most of our customers receive their orders in 1-3 days using standard ground services, this option only makes sense for west coast customers and those in Hawaii and Alaska.

Please note that a business day does not include Saturday or Sunday. Saturday delivery will appear as a shipping option on Thursdays and Fridays for an additional charge.
We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders at this time. We serve customers located in the United States only.
Delivery Signature is required for all equipment and high value orders
Please note that a delivery signature is required for all equipment orders and orders valued at $250 or more. Please make sure that someone will be available to sign for package(s) on the scheduled delivery day.
Shipping address corrections or changes
If a customer needs to correct or change the ship-to address for a package that has already left our warehouse, a $12.00 address change fee per package is charged to us by FedEx. This fee is then passed along to the customer. There is no charge to the customer for address corrections resulting from an order entry error made by GSM FLORIDA GROUP, CORP.
**We reserve the right to change the shipping method or carrier at our discretion**
Your satisfaction with our products is our number-one goal. If after receiving your item you determine that it was not what you expected, simply contact us by phone at 1-888-238-2062 within 30 days of purchase for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will verify the item's condition and issue either a refund or store credit. In order to qualify for a refund or store credit, the item must be returned in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories, and in like-new, resalable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and can use any shipping method they choose. To take advantage of our great shipping rates, customers can request a Fedex return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will then be deducted from the return credit or refund.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
• Partially used vinyl rolls & application tape.
• All products over 30 days old.
• All software and clip art products.
• All special order (drop shipped) items.
• All custom cut vinyl rolls less than 15" in width.
• All by the foot vinyl products less than 15 feet in length.
• All special order heat presses over $1500.00 in cost.
• All used or opened vinyl cutter parts and accessories including blades, cutter protection strips, cutting mats, blade holders, etc.
Store Credits and Restock Fees for returned supply orders (vinyl, rhinestones, tape, etc.)
By default, we will issue a Credit Memo for store credit for all supply returns. The Credit Memo can then be applied against a future order. If you would prefer a refund, a restock fee of 5% will be deducted. Supplies include heat transfer vinyl, sign vinyl, transfer paper, tape, accessories, etc. Supplies do not include heat presses.
10%-15% Restock Fee for all Equipment Returns:
Non-defective equipment units (heat presses) can be returned for a refund less a 15% restock fee within 30 days of the original delivery date. The restock fee will be lowered to 10% if a Credit Memo for store credit is issued. Machine downgrades are subject to the full 15% restock fee. Shipping charges (including the shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) under the terms of our Free Shipping Offer) and starter kits are not refundable. We will also deduct the replacement cost for used/damaged blades, cutter protection strips, carrier sheets, etc. Returned equipment must be in like-new, resalable condition and properly packed in the original factory box (es). If upon inspection we find that the unit has been improperly packaged and/or shipped, is inoperable or has been damaged or misused by the customer, no refund will be issued and the shipment will be returned to the customer.
Vinyl Film, Application Tape and Transfer Paper Returns:
Unopened and unused transfer papers, application tapes and 15" & 24" wide vinyl rolls can be returned for a refund less shipping and the minimum 5% restock fee within 30 days of purchase. Special order items which require drop shipping from the vendor are not returnable. No vinyl, tape or transfer paper returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. In the case that we make an order entry or packing error, replacement products will be sent free of charge and FEDEX Ground return shipping labels will be emailed to the customer at no charge. Customers are responsible for giving the labeled return package to their FEDEX driver or dropping it off at a FEDEX Service Center within 30 days. If the return package is not received by GSM FLORIDA GROUP, CORP. within 30 days, we will assume that the customer decided to keep the item and they will be charged/billed accordingly.
Free Ground Shipping for Orders over $60.01 (except for all equipment) - Recapture of Shipping Charges for Returns
If the item or order you wish to return to us was shipped at no charge to you under our $34.50 free ground shipping offer, the shipping charges that we incurred to ship the item to you will also be deducted from the return refund or store credit. This amount will normally be stated on your original sales receipt and is in addition to any restock fee that applies to the return. Defective Items Policy:
Defective items can be returned for exchange within 30 days of the original item delivery date. After 30 days, defective items will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty. To exchange a defective item, please contact us by phone at 1-888-238-2062 within 30 days of the original sales receipt or invoice date for a return authorization number and return instructions. Once we receive the returned defective item, we will verify the item's condition and serial number if applicable. In order to qualify for an exchange, the original item must be returned in good condition, in the original retail box with all accessories, parts, manuals, software, etc. In certain cases, GSM FLORIDA GROUP, CORP. will reimburse customers for shipping costs incurred for returning orders containing shipment packing errors made by GSM FLORIDA GROUP, CORP. Return shipping reimbursements will be limited to the original amount charged by GSM FLORIDA GROUP, CORP. for shipping that item.
